Science
Though I've spent most of my career in engineering, I also have a teaching degree, and I made some interactive aids that might be helpful to a teacher or student. These could be used to support or augment traditional lessons. The goal is to boost comprehension for more students. See below if you'd like to give them a try:
  • Visualize waveforms for different musical intervals.
  • Hear how chords differ between different tuning systems.
  • Improve your understanding of waveform properties.
  • Suggested audience: high school and older

  • Visualize moon phases from different points of view.
  • Observe how they change as the Earth and Moon orbit the Sun.
  • Improve your understanding of what moon phases can tell you about the relative positions of the Sun, Earth, and Moon.
  • Suggested audience: middle school and older

  • Explore a year of daily weather highlights.
  • See how the clothes you wear to school might differ if you live in a different city!
  • Suggested audience: elementary school and older
